Role Overview: We're in search of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in Sugar Land, Texas. As an integral member of our clinical team, you'll engage with a diverse caseload of approximately 75 students from K-12, delivering thorough evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services for communicationdisorders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities.
- Devise personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and client objectives.
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and strategies to address communication and swallowing disorders.
- Educate and support clients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and home exercises.
- Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, educators, and therapists, ensuring cohesive care.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
- Preference for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and a spectrum of communication disorders.
- Proficient in clinical assessment and therapy methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
