Job description
Seeking Head of Operations and Onboarding responsible for the strategy and ongoing support to financial professionals joining the firm. You will lead the Onboarding team, tracking and executing transition experience for new firms joining our organization.
Location Austin, Texas, in office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership:
- Overseeing onboarding team, leading each functional area of the team, act as the Onboarding subject matter expert for team specialist, advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Handling escalation concerns, solution oriented, making sure advisor/firms being onboarding are handled with white glove service.
- Create a team and culture of accountability, client focus and teamwork.
- In charge of creating key performance metrics to how onboarding success and service.
- Ensure an exceptional onboarding experience, to create a reference-worthy experience and transition
- Direct Onboarding Consultants, ensuring adherence to standardized processes and holding them accountable for flawless execution and consistent experiences.
- Utilize data and metrics to proactively plan for upcoming transitions and identify staffing needs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including public speaking.
· Positive attitude and adaptability and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Occasional travel to advisor offices is required.
· College degree required or combination of equivalent industry related experience.
· Management/supervisory and performance management experience required with a minimum of 5 years supporting professional level clients.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
· Series 7, 24, 65/66 preferred.
