Role Overview:
As a CNC Mill Programmer/Setup/Operator at Sutterlin Machine, you will play a pivotal role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include programming, setting up, and operating a modern CNC milling machine to create high-quality components while ensuring adherence to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop CNC programs using MASTERCAM software based on technical drawings and specifications.
Set up CNC milling machines, including tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.
Operate machines to fabricate parts with precision and efficiency.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production.
Requirements:
Proficiency in CNC programming and operating CNC milling machines.
Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with MASTERCAM software
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications preferred.
Proven experience in CNC milling programming, setup, and operation.
