Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavioral interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention programs based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills:
- Possession of a valid BCBA certification
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and data collection
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Ability to work effectively with children and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
