As a manager of housekeeping services, you will help to maintain this high level of service through your outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills and your ability to organize a variety of department activities. Responsibilities:
Manages the daily operational activities of two or more of the following service lines: Housekeeping, Laundry and Linens, or Patient Transportation in alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities or Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
-
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible work experience in Environmental Services/Housekeeping or management.
- Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of operations, including staffing, scheduling, budget management, vendor relationships, and work-flow planning.
- Experience purchasing & ordering software systems.
- Experience with using every day technology tools (e.g. email, spreadsheets, word processing, voicemail, internet / intranet) to access, organize and store job-related information.
