We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals, perform various technical procedures, and ensure the well-being of our furry patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Utilize aseptic technique during medical procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency in veterinary terminology
- Apply knowledge of animal physiology to assist in treatments
- Perform animal catheterization with precision and care
- Handle dogs and cats with confidence and compassion
- Assist in X-Ray procedures as needed
- Utilize dental terminology during dental procedures
- Support veterinarians in various tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the veterinary clinic
Skills needed:
- Proficient in aseptic technique
- Strong understanding of veterinary terminology
- Knowledge of animal physiology
- Experience in animal catheterization
- Skilled in handling dogs and cats safely and gently
- Familiarity with X-Ray procedures
- Understanding of dental terminology
- Passion for the veterinary field
- Solid animal anatomy knowledge
