Job Summary:

- Supervise and train staff in various roles such as bartending, fine dining service, and customer interactions.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Manage inventory levels efficiently, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Lead by example in demonstrating excellent leadership skills, coaching team members for success.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Proven track record in supervising staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and food safety practices.
- Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling various aspects of restaurant management such as scheduling, budgeting, and staff development.
