Position Summary
The primary role of this position will be to assist in our billing department with invoicing and interacting with customers. This position is located in our Plano, TX office located in Legacy West.
Essential Job Functions

Receive and enter incoming customer payments

Communication with customers regarding billing issues and queries via phone and email

Update and maintain billing records and documentation

Interact with customers to respond to specific requirements

Perform assigned administration related duties and responsibilities

Maintain invoice records and support documents

Collaborate with other departments to cater to customer needs

Evaluate, analyze and verify dates of service and billed amounts
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, etc. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Solid time management and organizational skills.

Mature judgment and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Ability to be a team player and have a comfort level working within a fast-paced team environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or degree from an accredited college/university or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

2+ years’ experience of billing/accounts receivable preferred
-
Must be dependable and able to work a Monday through Friday 8am-5pm work schedule, with some flexibility when needed.
