POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Nightlife Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Nightlife Marketing Manager(s) in all capacities. This includes aiding in the development of special events, coordinating and executing all event-based promotional activities and day-of event oversight.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

Conduct market research and assist Nightlife Marketing Manager with the development of annual event calendar(s) for assigned venue(s)

Oversee and execute daily marketing activities in support of the assigned venue(s) and upcoming special events

Communicate, coordinate, and execute promotional activities for each event including but not limited to: Social Media, Public Relations, Creative, Promotions, VIP Management, Web/Online, Advertising and Operations

Properly administer and manage all Basecamp (company event management software) activities for assigned venues/events

Input Basecamp jobs and coordinate with Management to ensure timely execution

Traffic event creative development including talent/agent and host-property approvals

Properly route internal and external communications of event schedules, one sheets, event overviews, talent riders, and other miscellaneous happenings

Track advertising insertions and coordinate accordingly

Make pro-active recommendations regarding media buys

Attend management meetings in Marketing Managers absence

Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar discipline preferred

2 years in marketing or marketing related field with hospitality marketing experience a plus

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Valid Driver’s License

Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
