As a Parts Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of life-saving equipment across our US Med-Equip Branches. Working collaboratively within a dedicated team, you'll help facilitate the distribution of essential parts, guaranteeing our hospital partners are equipped to deliver optimal care.
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently maintain inventory for a diverse range of parts required for various medical equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory control to avert stock shortages.
Provide prompt and attentive responses to internal inquiries via phone and email.
Assess requisitions from multiple branches.
Conduct bi-annual inventories and routine cycle counts to uphold inventory accuracy.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the workspace.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate accountability in compliance with company policies.
Ability to use a computer, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, parts research and data gathering from generated reports.
Foster collaborative relationships within a team of diverse backgrounds and expertise.
Excel in multitasking within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
Possess effective organizational skills.
Display initiative, proactivity, and enthusiasm.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
