North Country Associates, Maine’s premier health care management company, is currently seeking an experienced individual to add to our expanding in-house Accounting Team in our Lewiston Central Office.
Currently this department handles all aspects of accounting for our 16 health care facilities.
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
* Solid knowledge of accounting principles and Excel, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
PCC/My Unity and/or GP Accounting software experience is desired
* Ability to record and reconcile payroll, inventory, inter-company and governmental findings
* Have the ability to analyze information and compile cost reports
* Team player with effective communication skills with the ability to work independently
* Multi-tasker with attention to detail while adhering to deadlines
