Academic Req: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with technical writing or 4+ years of experience with technical writing in lieu of a degree.

Work experience: Candidate will have a BA or BS degree and 2+ years of experience with technical writing or 4+ years of experience with technical writing in lieu of a degree. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Provide support of managed learning and development systems: Office 365 SharePoint and Bridge (learning management system).
2. Develop and deliver learning materials, including web-based aids or electronic performance support systems.
3. Interview subject matter experts or conduct other research to develop instructional content and/or roadmaps.
4. Develop master course documentation or manuals.
5. Provide technical support in the implementation of designed instruction or in task analyses and instructional systems design.
6. Manage course/curricula within LMS, to include data loads and materials uploads; experience with Cornerstone Learning preferred.
7. Own and Manage issue tracking with internal clients and external vendors, escalating any issues directly to supervisor that require immediate attention and/or support.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Management:
- Organize/track master data loads, as well as historical courses
- Create/keep a schedule of what is in use, etc., and create/manage auditing timeline
- Update curricula in partnership with SMEs and content developers
- Manage and own curriculum matrices, and update accordingly in partnership with clients and stakeholders
2. Issue Tracking:
- Manage tickets/issues with learning system (external – with Vendor)
- Manage internal user tickets with Help Desk
- Provide end-user troubleshooting and issue remediation with strong customer service skills
3. Review training content to ensure it meets the L&D Standards and Style Guide; work in coordination with Instructional/Curriculum Designer to ensure consistency in all products uploaded into LMS
4. Open tickets for clients with vendor to troubleshoot LMS issues
5. Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of L&D/IT knowledge and competence.

3. Willingness to travel more than 40% or less of the time within and out of state as required for field work.

5. Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal and driving background check.
6. When not in the field, daily reporting location is the San Antonio HQ office during assigned working hours.
7. Must be able to sit and or stand for extended periods of time.
