Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in nurturing and educating young children in a stimulating and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of each child.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Utilize Reggio or other educational methods to enhance the learning experience.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and play.
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop age-appropriate activities.
- Foster a love for learning through creative teaching methods.
- Implement child welfare policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or 12+ ECE Units in child Development.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to educate children using various methods while focusing on individual needs.
- Understanding of child development principles.
- Strong math skills to teach basic concepts to preschoolers.
- Experience in a private school setting is advantageous.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
