Royal Community Support provides support services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. We currently have an excellent opportunity available for an HR assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding Applicants
- Ensuring all required documents are submitted
- Assigning and ensuring trainings are completed
- Schedule Drug Screenings, Fingerprinting, and CPR/First Aid
- Request and follow up regarding ongoing trainings and license/certification renewals
- Answering questions regarding standard company processes
- Ensuring timesheets are completed correctly and following up with any pending timesheet issues
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- 2 + years' experience onboarding new employees
- 2+ years in a role demonstrating daily communication with employees
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office 365
Preferred
- Spanish speaking
- Familiarity with Medicaid / Medicaid waiver programs is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
