SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for supporting the Mono R&D Department by managing the control of all documents within the Navision system. This role works closely with and supports any change and maintenance requests suggested by R&D, Planning, Quality, or Product Management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work with planning and procurement to document and maintain all manufacturing bills of material and components for multiple manufacturing locations.
- Create and communicate Engineering Change Orders and Deviations with Clover team members when new products are launched, or when changes are required in order to activate production BOM’s based on current Clover production needs.
- Communicate and interact with internal department team members at corporate headquarters and across multiple divisions of the organization to ensure production has material/parts required in order to operate and meet customer demand.
- Conduct consistent preventative maintenance of active BC BOM’s within the Navision system.
- Set up Pilot runs & Control runs in manufacturing locations.
- Prepare monthly management review presentations for the Mono R&D team.
- Present high level initiatives in a weekly staff meeting environment.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs other duties as requested or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Prefer 2+ years minimum work experience in a manufacturing environment – with laboratory testing, quality control/quality assurance, or design/engineering exposure preferred.
- Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel highly recommended
- Microsoft Navision experience a plus
- Working knowledge of interaction between the BOM and work orders, status revision-level, effective dates and the impact on current and future work orders
- Experience working in an ISO environment a plus
- Must be detailed oriented
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment as well as prioritize and reprioritize projects independently when necessary.
- Ability to define problems, collect data and establish fact and draw conclusions
- Ability to plan, schedule, and efficiently execute to meet targeted completion dates.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently depending on project parameters.
