The Human Resources/Organizational Development (HR/OD) Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources to ensure the effective functioning of the workforce and the attainment of organizational goals.
The HR/OD Manager is responsible for a diverse array of critical functions including:
- Recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies
- Organizational development
- HR administration, employee relations and benefits administration
- Ensuring adherence to ethics and compliance standards.
Collaborating with the HR Coordinator, this role contributes to fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce essential for Age Well's success.
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources.
· PHR certification a plus
· Experience in leadership or supervisory roles
· A solid understanding of laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risk for the agency.
· Proficiency with HRIS, payroll software, and other HR-related technology tools.
