Coral Care, a startup dedicated to transforming in-home pediatric specialty care, is hiring a recruiter to join our team! We connect families with pediatric speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. This role will be critical to building the marketplaces that are foundational to Coral Care's success. The ideal candidate is excited to work in a fast-growing start-up, loves the challenge of finding top talent, and is eager to make a real impact in the healthcare industry.
This is a remote, part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week that can be flexibly allocated.

Responsibilities:
- Source providers through existing and new channels to meet aggressive provider goals – we'll look to you to help us develop creative recruitment strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Collaborate with hiring managers and patient acquisition teams to understand their staffing needs and priorities.

Screen and interview provider candidates from application to completion making sure that they understand the Coral Care rules and are a fit for the platform.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with efficiency and professionalism.

Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.

Has used platforms like Linkedin, Indeed, and more to optimize candidate sourcing.

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate through complex, ever-evolving environments.

Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently towards set goals.

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare recruiting, particularly in the pediatric or related fields.

Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation
