Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and showcase our delicious food offerings.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive work culture and upholding high food quality standards.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with the management team to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings that exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for promotions, events, and activities to drive business growth.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to support operational consistency and seize new opportunities for culinary innovation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food industry.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
