AAS is hiring for a Full-time Scheduler position. Please only apply if you live in Sarasota or Charlotte Counties of Florida or Macomb or Oakland Counties of Michigan. This role involves managing the scheduling needs of over 20 surgery centers across IN and MI. The position at AAS requires a diverse skill set managing scheduling needs for multiple surgery centers across states, attention to detail, reliability, communication skills, self-motivation, familiarity with Mac computers and Apple phones, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Google Drive are all key requirements. Macbookso crucial to note that the role is permanent but paid as a 1099 independent contractor. Responsibilities
Attend weekly operational and facility meetings and follow up on action items as required.
Monitor Payroll, Website, and Spreadsheets for accuracy.
Contact new providers before their start dates to introduce them and ensure they have all necessary information, such as Connecteam access, and assist with setting up their availability.
Receive daily and weekly schedules, address requirements, and complete the schedule while considering availability. Proactively contact providers to fill any gaps. Publish schedules to facilities and distribute them to providers via Connecteam.
