Since 1945. The Lang Company has been helping area businesses leverage technology to be more productive and efficient in the office. The role of Accounting Clerk is to ensure that accounting functions and other office tasks are completed in an accurate & timely manner.
Responsibilities
· Enter invoices into ERP system with proper G/L coding and branch.
· Prepare payments to vendors.
· Perform day-to-day financials transactions.
· Verify discrepancies and resolve vendor’s billing issues.
· Assist with contract billings and equipment billings.
· Work with other administrative departments as needed.
Requirements
· Good math and computing skills
· Highly accurate data entry ability
· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
· Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Email, etc.
· Some related accounting experience is preferred.
· Ability to work with others in an office setting.
· Pleasant attitude and good communication skills.
