Sales Consultant/ Brand Ambassador baggallini
Job Purpose:
Demonstrate and sell baggallini product line. Provide the ultimate consumer experience, along with maximizing overall store sales opportunities. Brand Ambassadors are accountable for individual performance goals contributing to the overall store sales goals.
Essential Functions & Job Duties
Selling Skills:
- Demonstates/sells products to customers, explaining benefits, features, prices, quality, value and other information
- Maintains personal sales goals by meeting or exceeding the expectations of our program and the baggallini brand

Operations
- Processing POS sales transactions in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain up-to-date product and company knowledge by reading brand information and announcements
- Ensures effective presentation by cleaning shelves, counters, and fixtures.
- Stocking and replenishing, as needed
- Adhering to visual merchandising standards to promote sales
- Ensures pricing on merchandise is accurate
- Follows brand opening and closing procedures
- Understands loss prevention policies and procedures
- Participates in inventory control management
- Initiates cleaning, trash removal, and store maintenance.

Work Environment
- High-traffic retail environment located in an international airport
Physical demands
- Ability to read, write, count, and complete all documentation
- Must be able to freely access all areas of the store and register area
- Must be able to climb ladders and to move and transfer merchandise around the store that can weigh up to 50 lbs
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- Must work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Days and hours of work vary schedule to schedule
- Hours of operation will vary, subject to airport requirements
Required education and Experience
- HS diploma of equivalent
- Prefer 6-12 months experience in a premium, luxury-branded environment
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Store Operations Manuals and Training Manuals
Work Authorization/ Security Clearance
- Applicants are required to undergo a federal criminal history background check
- Applicants must be able to obtain airport security clearance through a fingerprint- based background check conducted by the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) in order to receive a required airport security badge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
