Connection Services has a fantastic opportunity for Senior Lead Desktop Support Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity. This is working for a top retail employer in Arlington, VA. This position is offering excellent benefits.
The Sr / Lead Desktop Support Specialist will support Corporate HQ.
Responsibilities:

Required to read and comprehend provided documentation

General desktop IT IMAC (Installation, Moves, Adds, Changes) activities.

Installation and setup of end user new systems (Desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors and IP phones).

Migrating existing user to new system.
-
Setting up peripheral devices.
-
End user IT equipment moves within a building.
-
Imaging or Re-imaging PC and laptop systems per Client instructions.

Packing up decommissioned assets utilizing Client provided boxes and packing materials.

Troubleshooting technical issues with guidance of Client IT support.

Desktop support following instructions as 'Smart Hands' support under direction of Client IT Support.
Min: USD $35.00/Hr. Max: USD $40.00/Hr. Qualifications:
- Assist in and resolve PC related issues with the guidance of the Client Help Desk.

Ability to follow Client provided instructions for basic installs, moves, adds, and changes.

Make appropriate use of technical documentation.
