About the Role:
As a Sr. Customer Success Manager at our fast-growing startup, you will take a leadership role in managing our clients' experience with our platform, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring successful adoption and retention. You will work closely with our clients to understand their complex needs and tailor solutions that deliver exceptional value and success. This position is on-site with the option for a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our B2B clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, providing comprehensive training on our platform to ensure a seamless implementation.
- Monitor client usage and proactively identify areas for improvement, expansion, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance our product offerings.
- Create and implement strategic customer success plans to drive platform adoption, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for continuous product development and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar senior-level role within a B2B environment.
- In-depth knowledge of customer success best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead a team.
