Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, effectively communicating the brand’s ethos
- Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behavior including product demonstration
- Achieve sales objectives by connecting with clients and engaging in sell-through activity
- Express a passion for beauty and haircare
- Achievement of weekly sales targets & KPI’s to grow the business
- Complete weekly training/sell-through reports.

Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build a rapport and establish trust with customers
- Previous experience in luxury sales, preferably beauty advisory
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to customer service
