Manufacturing Technician IV's are paid up to $28/hour!
Position Summary: Uses general hand tools to support in the set-up, run, troubleshoot and tear-down of production equipment for plastic extrusion, plastic injection molding, die-cut and non-metallic fabrication. Uses a variety of measurement and inspection equipment to document and determine proper configuration and performance of product. Operate powered equipment (presses, saws, machines, etc.). Packages and palletizes finished product. General housekeeping. Responsible for executing all processing activities on a production station.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Accurately pick, produce, count, pack, manage and fulfill production requirements, with assistance, based on job order.
2. Set-up, operate and tear-down extrusion, injection molding, die-cut and non-metallic fabrication equipment with full assistance and after proper training.
3. Read prints, follow, measure and document quality requirements of finished goods using a variety of measurement and inspection equipment.
4. Follow direction from leadership and work as a team with co-workers to achieve company goals and objectives.
5. Utilize general housekeeping practices to keep plant clean, organized & safe.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team-player attitude
- Basic math and mechanical skills (+,-, X, /, fractions, decimals)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to use handheld tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
- Physical ability to reach overhead, walk, stand, bend, twist, lift, and carry
