Inventory and Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position will assist the General Manager in managing vehicle inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring quality control for our wheelchair accessible vehicle offerings. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:

Purchase most of the used inventory

Stock in and prepare deal jacket files with all necessary documents

Conduct daily internet searches for wheelchair accessible vehicles available for sale, including private party sales, auctions, and dealership listings.

Check in new inventory, conducting thorough inspections of vehicles and conversions, and noting any deficiencies that require attention.

Place orders for all necessary parts to support the vehicle reconditioning process.

Share responsibility for driving and delivering sold units to end users, as well as moving vehicles between reconditioning service points and assisting all departments as needed.

Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure detailing meets standards and all conversions function properly.

Photographing “website ready” vehicles in a professional manner
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in automotive technology or logistics preferred.

Proven experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or related fields.

Familiarity with wheelchair accessible vehicles and automotive parts is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to vehicle inspections and logistics.
