Type: Part-time contract, temporary
Fee: $500 flat fee, with opportunity to earn up to $1K based on performance
Contract Details: 2-3 hours per week. One month engagement with possibility to extend.
The Role
We’re looking for ambitious, social, early and mid-career professionals with full-time jobs who are excited to recruit coworkers to Fide. Your goal is to foster an active Fide ecosystem at your company in one month. In just a couple of hours a week, get hands on-experience bringing a brand new social network to market alongside leaders from Snap, Tinder, and Etsy, all while learning what it takes to launch a consumer product in 2024.
We’ll be onboarding {specialists/ambassadors} in rolling cohorts throughout the summer, with the first cohort starting on June 18th.
What you'll do:
Content and conversation creation
- Post content on Fide, start Fide channels, and get the conversation going
- Help us develop content that speaks your company’s language
- You’ll be expected to post a variety of content, multiple times a week. (Think lightweight posts like instagram stories or slack channel comments)
Coworker recruitment & engagement
- Get your coworkers on Fide
- Engage with coworkers’ content and help foster an active community that keeps them coming back
- The more successful you are at recruiting and engaging your colleagues, the more you’ll make - up to $1k!
Product Feedback and Feature Ideas
- Deliver product feedback, both from your own use and from your friends’ use
- Share feature ideas you may have while seeing how your organization uses the product
Working Sessions
- Two 1.5 hour working sessions, one at the start of the engagement and one at the end (must be able to attend)
Qualifications:
- Must currently be a full time employee at a remote or hybrid company with 75 employees or more
- Must have been employed at your company for at least 9 months
- Must be able to join kickoff and program check in “live” (remote*, but synchronous) with our team
- Curiosity about the go-to-market process and a drive to take a product from 0-1 at your company
*May be in-person for companies with a New York City presence
What You’ll Get
- A minimum of $500, and up to $1K based on how many people you recruit and engage
- The ability to say you’ve helped shape a venture-backed, consumer product go-to-market strategy
- Facetime with Fide's leadership team, including Fide founder/ceo Giles Goodwin (an entrepreneur with a successful exit and former content product & engineering leader at Snap) and leaders from Tinder and Etsy
- Our vast network is your network!
- Highest performing {ambassadors/specialists} will get a 30 minute 1-1 with Giles
