We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager who is passionate about developing and automating processes for a family-owned business. This Office Manager position is a new role created to support our growth by creating new systems and processes for our day-to-day administrative needs.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm, with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $60,000, based on experience.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Office Manager include:
- Complete accounting and bookkeeping work including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll through a 3 party administrator, basic credit card, bank reconciliations and financial reports;
- Managing relationships with insurance brokers including health, liability, and workers’ compensation coverage;
- Managing requests for services with vendors;
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures;
- Automating and streamlining processes to support administrative needs of the operation;
- Ordering uniforms and tracking inventory;
- Creating and updating office standard operating procedures (SOPs) as necessary;
- Serving as a collaborative member of the leadership team.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- 5+ years of experience as an office manager, office administrator, or similar role;
- QuickBooks Online experience required;
- Strong knowledge of technology including Word and Excel.
- Experience in the landscaping industry or a similar field preferred;
- Technology-savvy with the ability to develop and streamline processes.
