Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Family Paralegal; assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research and organizing case files; communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress; prepare and file legal documents with the court; schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars; assist with trial preparation and attend court hearings when necessary; maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards. Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
