The Branch Administrator is a Full-Time position that is responsible for client’s, potential client’s, & the public’s first impressions of the organization. As well as providing administrative support to the branch.
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for incoming calls and guests
Manage General Liability Claims
Assist in organizing events and incentives related to Employee Relations
Maintain internal announcements and newsletters
Oversee client paperwork/files
Route opportunities to the appropriate contact
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly style that encourages relationship growth
Manage opening and closing of admin office daily
Travel to each location bi-weekly for administrative assistance
Sort mail and maintain postage
Monitor and maintain inventory related to office supplies and equipment
Efficiently find solutions for issues that may arise regarding office operations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Administrative Experience
Preferred Experience:
