Description:
The Pool Attendant ensures the pool area is clean and orderly, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests.

Walk through assigned areas regularly during shifts, replacing used towels, service trays, and glasses, and emptying trash bins.

Set up and/or break down pool areas daily.

Promptly remove trash and/or linens and note areas needing immediate cleaning.

Keep pool showers, lockers, and bathrooms clean throughout shifts.

Assist Pool Bartenders and Pool Servers as needed.

Clean all pool areas thoroughly while following safety and security guidelines.

Dispose of used towels and trash properly and restock clean towels.

Ensure pool linens and supplies are stocked adequately.

Report lost items, damages, or merchandise issues to supervisors or security promptly.

Address guest requests, questions, and complaints courteously to ensure satisfaction.

Coordinate with Supervisor on task priorities and offer assistance as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Work schedule may vary based on operational needs.

Use effective communication tailored to diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.

Monitor slide safety and enforce usage rules as required for properties with slides.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
