Job Description:
- Must possess great Customer Service skills and have the ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. Must have a smartphone for emails.
- The Workplace Services Coordinator will report to the Workplace Services Supervisor and will be responsible for the day to day facilities requests and operations for the building.
- The Coordinator will work alongside the rest of the Workplace Services team directly overseeing the different floors within the building.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: performing floor walks/checks, moving furniture, coordinating event setup requests with onsite moving vendor, helping in mail center, receiving and delivering packages, taking office supply inventories and replenishing as needed.
- Manage and administer ticket submittals for Workplace Services, ensure that facilities issues are identified and addressed quickly.
- This position is fast paced and requires a high level of customer service.
- Time management skills and experience with ticket management a must.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of related hands-on Facilities experience required, Exceptional customer service/hospitality skills, both verbal and written communication skills a must.

Pay Range: $20- $24
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
