POSITION SUMMARY
The Snack Bar Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage
services at the clubhouse and from the beverage cart.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Previous food and beverage service experience
-
High‐energy outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
-
Possesses a passion for exceeding guest expectations
-
Must be trained in Food and Alcohol Server Safety
-
RBS certified
-
Must be 21 & over
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Has a complete and comprehensive knowledge of all menus including specials
-
Has a solid understanding of all liquor, beer and wine that is offered to guests
-
Accurately records all sales of food and beverages
-
When serving or operating the beverage cart: Creates experiences – indoors and out – that every guest will want to repeat
-
Greets guest with a warm welcome that includes an introduction and uses the guest’s name whenever possible
-
Provides continual magical service that takes and fills orders accurately and uses the guest’s name whenever possible.

Ends with a fond farewell that uses the guest’s name whenever possible
-
When operating beverage cart, Obtains and assumes responsibility for bank
-
Checks fuel and fluid levels on cart before use
-
Follows all procedures – including opening and closing inventories ‐ for obtaining food, ice, beverages and sundries
-
Stocks cart with food, ice, beverages, sundries and emergency supplies
-
Meets every guest at least two times on both nines
-
Reconciles bank and inventory

Cleans and stores cart
-
Shares the responsibility for maintenance of the clubhouse
-
Other duties as assigned by the manager on duty.
