Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Accounting Clerk with an excellent eye for detail and a commitment to getting the job done accurately and efficiently. You will be assisting our operations department in capturing and managing data in a timely and accurate manner along with other administrative support tasks. Top candidates will be energetic, focused problem solvers who have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications
1-2 years bookkeeping or related data entry experience required.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data and source materials.
Solid typing and mathematical skills and the ability to transfer data from paper and electronic formats to computer files or database systems, quickly and accurately.
Quickly and accurately verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent time management, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Assist with other departmental tasks as needed.
Compensation:
Salary range 18.00-20.00 per hour
