Job OverviewThis position, we are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for the following but not limited to, overseeing the entire construction project from beginning through its completion. This position will oversee and manage our entire production team including field superintendent, operations coordinator, and field crews on daily tasks, projected hours, scheduling of crews, coordinating of sub-contractors, delivery schedules, purchases, review budget goals, set standards, hold accountability, streamline processes as well provide insight for production improvements and leadership.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Receive sales information from the sales team to prepare a written estimate for review by supervisor or sales staff.
· Prepare design in correspondence with sales contract requirements.
· Preparation of documentation required for permits.
· Constant communication with design clients from the design sale through the presentation process.
· Partner with supervisor on site visits for projects designed to ensure client expectations and proper design execution.
· Ensure purchase order accuracy by compiling precise materials list.
· Purchasing of materials in coordination with assigned designs/estimates once approved by supervisor and client.
· Work in tandem with project manager and sales staff to maintain efficiency throughout the estimating and design process.
Qualifications
· 5-10 years’ experience in construction, design and estimating.
· Previous experience with programs such as AutoCAD, 2020, Chief Architect, and SketchUp expected
· Very strong communication skills.
· Ability to read blueprints and similar designs.
· Must be software and technology proficient.
· Organized, able to multi-task and able to facilitate processes under tight deadlines.
· Must be a self-starter and extremely motivated.
· Valid Driver’s License
