Our upscale private medical practice is looking for a medical receptionist with superior customer service skills and a professional demeanor. The front desk receptionist is the first point of contact to our practice, so it is important to always have a positive, professional attitude.
The ideal candidate needs to be an effective communicator, have excellent multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, and willing to perform as a team.
Medical Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer multiple phone lines and either handle the caller's needs or direct the caller to the appropriate party
Greet patients upon arrival
Provide patients with intake and new patient forms
Process payments as needed
Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients
Confirm appointments
Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
Follow office procedures and protocol
Maintain patient privacy
Any other task deemed necessary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
