OVERVIEW:
The Associate Merch Planner will support and execute the planning of the Accessories business partnering with the Merchandise Planner.
Please note this is a hybrid role partially based in our New York City office. All candidates must be local or willing to relocate. You must also be authorized to work in the United States.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Responsible For:
- Building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, including Merchandising, E-Comm, and CRM Teams
- Support Merchandise Planner Manager in developing and monitoring of preseason sales, margin and inventory turn plans for selected area of business for the North American Accessories business
- Support Merchandise Planning Manager in the monthly execution of Accessories Open to Buy
- Support execution of category level hindsight reports for Accessories
- Maintain key item forecasts through sales plans, receipt flow and intake phasing
- Supporting the build out of NA planning team processes', tools, and reporting
- Support ad-hoc requests from head of/director of planning
Accountable For:
- Weekly business analysis and reporting
- Supporting planner in OTB forecasting on a monthly basis
- Supporting planner in pre season budgeting
- Delivering defined reports for strategic business initiatives or internal requests as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Understanding of Retail Math
- Ability to communicate relevant information to business partners
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite
- Strong presentation skills
- Flexible and adaptable mindset

This role has a salary range between $70,000-$80,000. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
