Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Managing Team Member to oversee the operations of our restaurant and serve our guests. This is a dual role with both Serving and Managing shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and team management.
Duties:
- Serve our dine-in guests
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, ordering and inventory control
- Oversee staff scheduling and training
- Ensure exceptional customer service and food quality standards are maintained
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
Skills:
- Proficiency in Serving and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in hospitality management
- Knowledge of the food industry
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong interviewing skills
- Familiarity with restaurant operations
