Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service while driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Approximately 50% of time will be spent traveling to tradeshows to obtain sales from both new and existing customers. Overnight travel will be frequently required.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to increase sales
- When not traveling to tradeshows, must be able to handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally in a call center environment
- Provide product information and pricing to customers
- Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles a must.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques
- Strong sales skills to drive revenue growth including outbound solicitation calls to potential new customers
