As a Senior Facilities Program Manager at Bezos Academy, you will create and execute a national building maintenance and operations strategy for our rapidly growing network of tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities. You will implement a comprehensive maintenance program that optimizes the operational health of our schools and minimizes the risk of operational disruptions so that our families have the best experience possible.
You will be joining us at a critical inflection point as we evolve our current processes to support our distributed growth and scalable solutions. You will play a critical role in this maturation by developing a strategy that prioritizes predictive and preventive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and network-wide upgrades to ensure our facilities are maintained over the long term and to the same quality as when the school first opened its doors. You will initially rely upon existing internal resources, third-party services, and landlords (school site partners) for maintaining facilities and equipment. You will identify the resources needed to support your strategies and achieve outstanding maintenance of our nationwide network of schools. You will partner closely across multiple teams to put the systems and processes in place to implement best practices in facilities management.
