InterLux Interiors is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team as an Interior Design Business Development Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to support both of our direct consumer and B2B business in acquiring qualified leads within the interior design industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our network, meeting professional interior designers and architects in person, and driving increased sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Event Attendance:
- Attend 8-10 industry events per month to build a strong presence in the interior design community.
- Actively engage with attendees, pitching our art consultancy services, and establishing meaningful connections.
- Gather insights and feedback to enhance our offerings and strengthen client relationships.
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to consistently meet weekly goals.
- Utilize various channels such as cold calls, follow-up emails, social media, and networking events to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the art consultant to increase overall sales numbers and project acquisition.
- Provide the consultant with valuable leads and contacts from your research and interactions.
- KPI Management:
- Manage and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to events, cold calls, and follow-up emails.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust strategies based on performance metrics to optimize results.
- Lead Gen Goals:
- Set and achieve weekly lead generation goals to ensure a consistent flow of qualified interior design leads.
- Adapt strategies based on feedback and market trends to maximize effectiveness.
- Research and Development:
- Stay informed about upcoming development projects in various sectors, including restaurants, hotels, multi-family homes, etc.
- Identify potential opportunities for art consultancy services within these projects.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales development
- You are based in Tampa and Greater Areas
- You have experience in B2B sales and have a “go-getter” and hunter attitude
- You enjoy dealing directly with customers and don’t take no for an answer
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the interior design industry is a plus.
