The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining office equipment and supplies, managing relationships with vendors and service providers, and overseeing administrative staff. Duties include assisting with deadlines, hiring and training staff, managing timesheets, handling confidential meeting materials, renewing attorney memberships, and planning company events. The role also involves drafting case intake forms, editing pre-bills, completing billing procedures, and conducting conflict checks for new matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a minimum of three years of law firm experience, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required.
