Overview:
PRT Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Market Manager to oversee and grow our presence in the temporary staffing and direct hire market for light industrial, commercial construction, and special events.
About You:
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing a team in the staffing industry.
- Experience developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong understanding of the temporary staffing and direct hire landscape, with a focus on light industrial, commercial construction, and special events.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
- Experience opening new branch offices and hiring staff (Branch Managers, Staffing Coordinators).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and applicant tracking software (ATS) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and grow existing client relationships within assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across light industrial, commercial construction, and special events sectors.
- Manage the opening of new branch offices, including hiring and onboarding Branch Managers and Staffing Coordinators.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to branch teams.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to generate brand awareness and leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee branch operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
