Benefits
For full-time W2 employees on the travel crew, we offer per diem while traveling outside of a certain radius from our home office. The per diem is to cover food and shared lodging costs while on the road.
For full-time W2 employees, we offer fantastic health insurance, where we cover nearly all of the premium for you and your family. We also pay 50% of your annual deductible and encourage all our employees to take advantage of the pretax HSA plan to minimize your out of pocket medical costs. With optional dental and vision, you can choose how much insurance you need for your particular situation.
For full- and part-time W2 employees, we also have a Traditional and Roth 401(k) option. After your first year of employment, Timber Systems matches 50% your contributions on the first five percent to give your retirement savings that extra boost.
Perks
We offer a profit-sharing bonus each year—if Timber Systems wins, everybody wins. Everyone also gets a birthday acknowledgement (donuts, yum!) and holiday presents.
If you ask our employees about the benefits of working at Timber Systems, they’ll mention the culture and the great people, but most of all, they’ll talk about our passion for building with timber to showcase its diverse possibilities.
