We’re looking for someone with a warm, charismatic personality to guide potential clients towards booking one-of-a-kind Soulful Fine Art Portrait Sessions for their child or their treasured pets.
It’s important to be able to maintain warmth while managing expectations, explaining policies, and overcoming any concerns or objections. You’ll need to feel comfortable talking to people from all different social, economic, and cultural backgrounds, and most importantly be able to help them trust and enjoy talking with you.
Hours are roughly 30-40 hours per week, working from the comfort of your quiet home office. A dedicated work environment with no interruptions is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly build genuine connection and put clients at ease
- Make outbound phone calls to enthusiastic warm leads and follow-up on inquiries
- Take inbound client calls
- Schedule client appointments for portrait sessions and artwork selection.
- E-mail/text client information
- Manage contact details for our portrait experience
- Provide ongoing feedback/communication for team members about what clients would love to have from their sessions, so we can make sure they’re thrilled
- Participate in studio team meetings
- Navigate multiple software systems
- Manage the many client details involved in the different stages of their portrait experience
- Be awesome at getting things done quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with sales and appointment setting
- Well-spoken and professional, while maintaining warmth
- Can quickly and easily build rapport with anyone
- Have a growth-mindset and are willing to grow and develop as you learn the world of fine art photography booking and sales
- Comfortable with handling objections and concerns
- Can stay patient and calm (with people, tech issues, etc)
- Willing to do what it takes to find a win/win client solution
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software (we use ActiveCampaign and Acuity)
- Loves talking to and connecting with people
- Reliable
- Experience managing lots of detail

- Part/Full-time (30-40 hours): $20/hr starting pay with daily/weekly/monthly booking bonuses
- Core hours: M-F 10am-3pm, 4pm-7pm with schedule flexibility
- Need to have a quiet, professional environment with no interruptions.
- Must provide own computer, monitor, microphone, and smartphone
