```Duties```
- Supervise and ensure the safety of kids during all activities
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and outdoor activities
- Assist in organizing and implementing daily schedules and routines
- Provide guidance and support to kids in developing social skills and positive behavior
- Collaborate with other coaches to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Maintain accurate records of kids attendance, incidents, and any necessary documentation
```Qualifications```
- Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting (e.g., daycare, tutoring, sports coaching)
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques
- Ability to educate and engage kids in a variety of activities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kids, parents, and staff
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
