The Sales and Marketing Associate/Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting both the marketing and sales teams. This individual will be responsible for building reports, managing day-to-day data entry, and working closely with customers and outside vendors. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate regular and ad hoc reports.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and marketing teams.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Track and manage sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics and analytics.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing content, including emails, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Customer and Vendor Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing teams.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform marketing and sales strategies.
