This is a remote position after 1 week of training.
Westgate Resorts is seeking a Collections Agent Bilingual that will be responsible for all activity on accounts to maintain the best possible portfolio performance and customer service. With our flexible work-from-home schedule, it is possible to have work-lifebalance and supportive leadership directly available to you!
Our compensation package includes an hourly rate of $16.50/hour. Our generous Incentive structure is based on goal performance and has earning potential of up to $500-$700 a month. We also offer shift differential pay, which is 15% Monday-Thursday after 5:00 PM, and 20% on Saturdays.

As a Collections Agent Bilingual you will:
- Handle inbound/outbound telephone calls with owners to collect all past due payments and down payments, while providing stellar customer service
- Identify accounts that need additional research or skip tracing to be contacted and take necessary action to ensure the account is contacted promptly
- Provide accurate information to owners regarding their accounts during every communication
- Problem solve and swiftly resolve owner inquiries, as needed
- Follow training and quality models to ensure proper Account Services methods are used and quality customer service is provided during difficult calls
Training Schedule: All Paid Training!
Week 1, Fully On-Site: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Week 2, Fully Remote: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call Center Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday 08:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Friday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications

- Customer Service Representative experience preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish Required
- Must have a dedicated homework space that is free from distractions and interruptions
- Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
Remote Worker Considerations:
Candidates who are selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This remote/WFH position requires you to have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 100 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed.
