Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Miscellaneous administrative tasks
· Assist in all acquisition processes including finding and qualifying leads.
· Running reports for different departments heads.
· Assist with management of reviews and training information.
· Help and collaborate with the sales team in the preparation of bid packets.
· Prepare start up breakdown information, job cards and building specifics.
· Manage and track start up meeting information to ensure all staff members are on the same page.
