The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON): provides assistance to the CNO in administrative and clinical supervision over Nursing Services including effective utilization of the nursing process to provide quality patient care, establish standards of practice, and provide effective fiscal management.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric, mental health, and/or rehabilitation nursing. At least 3 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
